Welcome to 5Mind Media. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our creative services and digital products. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All content on this website—including original artwork, comic book panels, characters, 3D environments, logos, and narrative concepts—is the exclusive property of 5Mind Media.

• Usage: You are granted a limited license to access and view the content for personal use.
• Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any assets for commercial purposes or AI training without express written consent from 5Mind Media.
•  The characters and events depicted at 5Mind Media are fictitious. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, or to actual events or locales is unintentional and purely coincidental. 5Mind Media is an original production studio and its intellectual property is not intended to depict or replicate any existing intellectual property. 

• Engagement: Creative services (posters, portraits, consulting) are subject to a separate service agreement.
• Payments: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all custom projects. Final files will be delivered upon receipt of the remaining balance.
• Revisions: Standard packages include two (2) rounds of minor revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate of $150/hr.

• Final Sales: All sales of digital products (including the Abattoir comic series) are final and non-refundable once the download link is provided.
• Personal Use Only: Purchased digital media is licensed for individual use only and may not be resold or shared.

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Engage in data mining or automated "scraping" of the site’s imagery or text.
• Attempt to bypass any security features or access unauthorized areas of the studio’s digital backend.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.

5Mind Media provides creative content "as is." While we strive for the highest quality, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the interpretation of its creative themes.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services or website for any user who violates these Terms or engages in unprofessional conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
